As a Brazilian, I've come from a very simple family that fought to give me the best education. So I went to college, graduated in International Relations, and got an average job. But I wanted to see the world, so I got an opportunity to go to Hungary in a leadership development program for 1 year. After that, I did the same but this time to Belgium, also for 1 year. I think the main insight I had in the past 3 years is that the formal job market is very similar everywhere, with some local specificities. Back in Brazil, I want not just to find a good job, I want to create good jobs by owning my own business. For the moment, despite spending a lot of time learning by reading/videos/courses, I feel that I still cannot do it. I'm very aware that it's my responsibility to create my ideal life and having someone who has gone through a similar path would be helpful. |
