About You:

Ogunniyi Ifeoluwa is a Business and Leadership development Consultant. I have 9 years professional experience in the areas of educational training, career development, management, communication, creative writing and research skills. I graduated with a Bachelor of Sciences in Water Resources Management and Hydrology in 2007 and worked with a Civil Engineering Firm, Enplan Group as a Relationship/AutoCAD Draughtsman for a year being the one-year service to my motherland. In 2009, I proceeded to work with a telecommunication company, Airtel as a Customer Care Officer and Sub-Team Leader for 4 years before I left to manage an International Non-profit Organization, The African Centre for Innovation and Leadership Development as a Country Representative and Program Coordinator for a short period before I became a partner to the iNGO and rose to the level of a Board member. By 2015, I became the Acting CEO for the iNGO as a volunteer in Leadership Development and Science and innovation. I have also served in different capacity with different organizations to gather professional experiences; Resource Person (Training & Development), Blue Circle International Link. Certified Trainer, Junior Chamber International, Nigeria. 2005 President, Junior Chamber International, Collegiate LOM, Ogun, Nigeria Fellow, LEAP Africa. Peer Health Educator, Youth Network on HIV/AIDS (NYNETHA), Ogun, Nigeria. Member, Nigerian Institute of Management Ambassadorial Ethical Conduct Award, Centre for Ethics and Self-Value Orientation, Abuja, Nigeria. My passion for coaching, mentoring and writing had helped in developing different course content write ups, reports, training modules, business proposals and organizational profiles for education, business, and career programs. I believe that service to humanity is the best work of life.
