About You:

My name is Steven Lee Chase, Jr. I completed my undergraduate studies at IUPUI (Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis). Despite beginning as a Mechanical Engineering major and continuing for two years I graduated with a B.S. in Organizational Leadership and Supervision, with an Academic Certificate in Human Resources Management, and was fortunate enough to study abroad twice at Sun Yat-Sen University in Guangzhou, China. My approach to the study of Leadership in Business is one through both a Scientific and Humanistic lens. I see the timeless spiritual wisdom of our ancestors and the technologies of modern science as two epistemologically valid perspectives, not antagonistic but approaching the living mystery of reality from opposite sides of the looking glass. The underlying interest in my research is to investigate the depth, breadth and hight of human potentialities and capabilities. In this effort I have delved into the subjects of Leadership and Management, Biomimicry, Human Ecology, Permaculture, Hermeticism and Comparative Religion, Shamanism, the Human Potential Movement, Entheogens, Neuropharmacology, Neurotheology, Psychology, Linguistic Theory, etc. Dogmatic ideologies, whether religious fundamentalism or mechanistic materialism, are no longer viable in the age of information; due to their rigidity they are now finding themselves in direct opposition to their own modernizing traditions and established experimental results. Therefore, my work aims to stretch the understanding of human relationships with their environment and each other, educate on various historical and modern technologies, in addition to ancient spiritual techniques to transcend old paradigms that we need to grow out of (i.e. materialism, modern separation and isolation from physical human contact, novel consumerist fetishes, the desire to look externally instead of looking inward for solutions, etc.). I talk and write about many tools for this purpose including especially meditation, tai chi, isolation tanks, trance states, and many others) all while attempting to make sense of the apparent entrapment of our angelic light within this biomimonic machine via the tools available in the 21st century. The study of spirituality should be grounded in the wisdom of the ancients, advanced by modern scientific technologies, but fully understood only through the felt presence of direct personal experience. Looking for:

I'm looking for someone that was successful in their own personal fulfilling work. Preferably someone that knows how to build websites, manage networking accounts effectively, or any other useful 21st century tool. I plan on building a website, a facebook page, a twitter account, an instagram account, etc. I'm especially interested in learning from someone that had the courage to reach inside themselves to discover the meaning in their life. I'm not looking for material success and I'm not one to get lost in my work and forget how to live life either. I want to start a business using squarespace, blogging, posting youtube videos and other free content, writing several books, taking personal self-development clients at a very affordable rate, all while providing tremendous informational value on my website. I plan on building an empire that will build a foundation for young men and women to stand on without compromising their integrity, while inspiring them to be the best version of themselves.
