About You:
My name is April, I'm 27 years old, in Rochester, NY and I work for a semi-large bank beginning the new function of processing mortgages, promissory/demand notes, and CDs. I am highly involved in the company (I care what direction the company is going in) via different teams, groups and Diversity. I'm going back to school this Fall while I work full-time, and I am in the process of creating a diversity resource group in our building. I like to be challenged with workload and responsibility. I have many strengths and weaknesses.
Looking for:
I am looking for a mentor who can take an honest interest in my success while sharing his/her successes and experiences. I am looking for someone who will be honest enough to give constructive criticism (and not just be a critic) when it is needed, and someone friendly enough to be able to talk to honestly and openly.
