I have graduated from university (BSc Hons. Economics)this summer. I am looking to get into investment banking and and specifically into capital mkts ( sales & trading). I do have some experience of banking from an internship and some temporary contract work.

I am looking for someone working in banking who could give me some mentoring about what steps to take to make a career in i- banking.
