Introductory Phrase:

Finance Manager that feels stuck, unmotivated and uninspired. Looking to change that!

About You:

I've been in Finance most of my career and my current employer went through major changes in Senior management. This brought new corporate style that has literally stiffled me over the past years. I have not grown in any aspect of responsibilities and my manager do not believe in personal coaching. I enjoy what i do but i am not challenged and have NO support at the organization. I literally feel stuck. I need to rebuild my self esteem, regain my voice, and recreate my personal brand.

Looking for:

I need a personal coach to walk with me through my rebuilding process. Someone that i can discuss challenges with and will hold me accountable. I am hoping for a mentor in the financial services sector since i have specific skill gaps that i'd like to address and receive feed back. I am willing to pay a small stipen, if necessary.
