About You:

I have read a lot of books on the subject of real estate investing and I passed the test for my real estate license on the first attempt. However, my license is not active and I have no intention of selling real estate. I got the license because I wanted to learn more about REI. I also have a Masters in Management. I now wish I would have spent that time, money and energy furthering my real estate investment education but that is water under the bridge. I read a LOT.I fully believe in the statement, "We don't know what we don't know." That is why I am here. Some of my favorite books are The Magic of Thinking Big; Confessions of a Real Estate Entrepreneur; Think and Grow Rich; Rich Dad/Poor Dad;Real Estate Riches and Multi-Family Millions.
