My name is Laura and I work for a start-up company. I currently hold the position of lead but do the work of a supervisor. I was recently turned down for a role as manager due to my lack of experience. Instead of giving up, I would like to gain more experience and learn from someone in a leadership role and eventually work in a corporate environment.

Looking for:

I am looking for someone who is willing to be blunt and honest about what I am doing wrong or what I am missing as a leader to help me grow as an individual and as a leader. I would like to learn from someone who has experience working in the corporate world in a leadership/management position.
