About You:

I have excellent and proven construction management abilities. I'm currently up for a promotion to "Project Lead", to manage a multi-million dollar contract for essential infrastructure work in the GTA. With this in mind, I have realized that in order to continue growing, I need to actively develop my skills and knowledge to become a leader for my team. My goal is to gain both the technical industry skills, as well as interpersonal skills, to one day be a successful CEO.

Looking for:

Ideally someone with experience in an executive role with the knowledge and experience to actively manage teams working in a fast paced environment.
