About You:

I am a relatively new IT manager and I don't enjoy managing people. I had a bad experience with it about 15-20 years ago. I would prefer for that not to happen again.

Looking for:

I have had two strong mentors in my life but unfortunately they are where I can't visit too often with them anymore. I would like to find a retired military officer who is polished, professional and dedicated. It would be great if they also had corporate experience at a director or higher level and/or a through understanding of corporate environments
