Introductory Phrase:

Passionate about understanding what moves individuals to be who they truly are and to overcome themselves in order to achieve even more, I work at Fundação Estudar since 2012. I am responsible for a community of almost 600 scholars and the coordination of development programs such as coaching. Graduated in business administration at Fundação Getulio Vargas, I had already maintain a connection with the topics when working as a consultant and, then, HR director at FGV´s Junior Enterprise.

About You:

I believe in working purposefully to help people make sense of their being, their life and their career by using distinct methodologies, based on psychology, philosophy and human development.

Looking for:

I am looking for a mentor who can help me understand the main guidelines of my career and how I can start potentializing them at my current job. I have a big challenge for 2015 when my company will launch new programs and I will be responsible for two of them. I would like to explore how I can maximize the impact of the projects I will work on and make sure they are a success.
