About You:

I am an Engineer cum MBA with 20+ yrs of experience. Started my career with Manufacturing and now in the field of software development and implementation of enterprise solutions in addition to administration of offshore delivery centres. While my past experiences were from delivery side of the business, I realise my growth here afterwards can not be as fast as it was unless I handle the business generation part effectively. Unfortunately clinching a deal has a lot to do with emotions than logic. Hence I am looking for a mentor who can help me to better my capabilities in the areas of Sales, with specific emphasis on engagement, political astuteness and customer handling at various stages.

Looking for:

Must have Lead a large non-government I T services Organisation ($ 5 Bn + turnover) as CEO or Managing Director for 5 years. Sales should have been his/her cup of tea. Must be in a position to articulate political astuteness and willing to spend 2 hours per week.

Group objective (goal):
