About You:

Dear mentor, I am a very recent University graduate from Toronto, Ontario. I recently moved to Vancouver, BC, and I have been looking to start a new life for myself. I never had a real-life mentor before, aside from watching people like Tony Robbins and others via online videos. I feel that by reaching out to a real-life mentor, my life will improve significantly. During my studies I have experimented with various business models and built two projects, both of which have been discontinued for various reasons. I have been regarded as an exceptional employee and hard-worker since I was twelve years old, and have had many personal successes and accomplishments, both academically as well as through competitive sports. I have co-authored and published my father's first book, and enjoy volunteering whenever I can.

Looking for:

Dear mentor, The first thing I would like to do after graduation is to reach out to you in hopes of learning more about yourself and your successes as an entrepreneur. I am also very interested in how you manage your life as well as your finances, as well as the various strategies you used to start and manage your businesses. I am looking for someone highly successful and knowledgeable in their field. My primary goal is to learn from you in order to improve my life in a substantial way. Contrary to how most recent graduates begin their careers by finding entry-level positions or internships, I am willing to forgo this phase and commit myself to learning from you instead. I do not wish to be an employee, nor am I after job security or conventional career-building. I am willing to forgo this security and take a more proactive approach to my life, and I believe this process starts by contacting an exceptional and highly successful mentor.
