About You:

My name is Kendra. I am currently in between jobs but worked in Import my last position and hoping to get back into that field very soon. I am also a single mother of two beautiful children. My daughter is 8 years old and lives with me and my son is 12 and stays with his father not too far away. I am currently the CEO of a community service nonprofit organization in Washington, DC and have also started a book I hope to finish and get published eventually. I am very easygoing and very simple. I find pleasures in small things like a clean house, a cooked meal or a smile exchange with a stranger. I never wanted much but to be peaceful, happy and a good person and mother. My goal in life is to be financially and mentally stable and successful in my career and other projects in order to provide my children with a better life and a better chance. I want to leave some kind of legacy for them and something I know no one can take from them. I’ve fought all my life to be confident and to feel pretty and successful and to see what others saw in me. Now I just want to be closer to God and more aware of myself and my purpose in hopes of better days and better outcomes in my life.

Looking for:

Someone to talk to and learn from. Someone with experience and the ability to teach and guide me in just everyday life and unexpected hardships and situations. Looking for someone who will encourage me and support me and be very honest with me so that I can get better and see things differently. I prefer someone who can relate and who understands that I don’t want a pitty potty but I do want and need guidance and support. I am open to change I am more than open to learning and I just want someone who can help me figure this all out.
