About You:

I am almost 39 years old and I was promoted over a year ago to be the companies Operations Manager. I do not have a college education. I've gotten where I am today with hard work and experience and constantly seeking knowledge. I am very organized and detailed and always try for perfection. I'm also a mother of a 3 year old boy and my husband works opposite shifts. I'm trying to fullfill my career and still be a good mother.

Looking for:

someone who can teach me to manage people in a positive way and show others how to think positively about their job. I'm tired of working with people who are so negative.
