About You:

I am making a career change from working in marketing and communications, to planning to open a gelato cafe. It is an exciting change for me and I am feeling fairly confident about the venture, but could really benefit from having an experienced person in my corner that can help me to anticipate and prepare for some of the unexpected challenges I may be faced with.

Looking for:

I would like to be able to work with someone who has experience in starting up and running independent restaurants. I would like to be able to set up either a phone or email relationship that after a beginning period of getting to know one another, that I can call on as required to ask questions, or get suggestions and support.
