About You:

Hi, I'm Andrea, chef, author and soon to be restauranteur! It has been a passion of mine to open my own restaurant for about 2 years now. I already own a catering company since my lay off a few years ago, and now this is the natural progression of events for me. I am a hard worker, having worked to get everything I have, and love learning from other successful entrepreneurs. Following this, my next journey will be moving forward on my cookbook, among other ventures on my to-do list. I'm excited to see where 2015 takes me. I know with my drive, dedication and passion, anything in this world is possible, and I plan on carving out my slice of the American Dream!

Looking for:

Ideally, I'm looking for someone who can show me the ropes, from beginning to end, so I can avoid the costly pitfalls that occur with most new businesses. Whatever they are willing to share and sow me, I'll be there like a sponge, ready to absorb their knowledge. I want to become like a non-annoying shadow, learning the ins and outs of the restaurant life, from the business side of things.
