After spending 18 years in the software industry and working on a Biodiesel startup,I am now searching for struggling pizza or sandwich shop to purchase and turn around.
Looking for:
I am looking for a mentor with experience in the food/restaurant industry. In particular pizza delivery and/or sandwich shop like Subway knowledge or experience would be ideal. I am looking for someone who can guide me into evaluating an existing business and how to do due diligence during the purchase. Guidance in raising money for the purchase and creating a business plan for turning around the business.
