I understand that dealing with setbacks is a natural part of life. Since graduating from Wilfrid Laurier University I?ve overcome Necrotizing Faciitis (Flesh-Eating Disease) while traveling abroad. Ever since the whole flesh-eating incident, everything is in chaos. Funny how life throws unexpected twists in your life when least expected. The physical scar wasn't hard to deal with, getting back on my feet is. It?s been 2 years since the incident and I find myself struggling in finding work in the field I wanted. I see how extraordinary we survivors are, but it seems employers don?t. Success in life?s endeavors is directly correlated with your passion for it. I?m a living clich?. Anything is possible with dedication, persistence, and hard work.
