College freshman looking for a mentor in an mysterious world.

About You:

I have always loved life and all life including animals of all shape and sizes . Watching animal planet was my thing when I was a child. that all stopped when it became "surprisingly human." What really made me take a move into finding a mentor was due to the fact that a guy in my class found a mentor in high school and got to ravel to London for a conference doing what he loved and that made me want to dig deeper and not set limitations on myself because of my age. I am 18 and a bio major, and I hear about all these cool people doing crazy and exciting things while researching and that is something that is far fetch but it is an adventure everyday. Plus I do not want to wait to find myself in a 9-5 job to start doing what I love. I want to take this opportunity now to be one of the young great minds of our time.

Looking for:

I want someone who will not only advise me but will also let me help them with task and kind of be a little sidekick if you will. I want someone who is actively researching and even possibly give me ideas for researching things of my own. Also let me know of conferences that I would be able to attended to get my research stats up per say.
