About You:

I have been working as a general manager for my husbands' company for about 2 years now. We work with youth and marginalized persons supplying labour to the trucking industry. We help our employees with their goals and finding a direction for their future. The business side is growing so fast it is almost hard sometimes to keep a handle on everything. I quit school in grade 10 myself and lived in an abusive family and these are the type of kids we help. Our clients work with us because of the work we do with the youth. I find that most of my relationships are what I would call "draining".

Looking for:

I am looking for positive relationships that will give me an opportunity to get some advice myself and in turn be energized by that contact. It would be nice to talk with other female business owners about their experiences.
