About You:

My name is Monty Balado and I am working with three other business partners on our start up company that will revolutionize the mobile cafe industry. We are energetic, creative and passionate. Our goal is to start small within Central Florida and develop a strategic workflow to implement a business system that can potentially be replicated within a franchise model. We desire to be Philanthropists to assist young entrepreneurs, small business to organizations to share the vision of impacting the next generation. Most of the leg work has been developed and ready to take our ideas to the next level. What we are looking for is a go to person to assist with guidance, strategic planning, and coaching that will position us in a very successful start up point on day 1.
