Developing a cash flow asset that will let me retire in my mid 30's

About You:

I recently got connected with a gentleman through social media and I found out he and his wife are on track to retire in their Twenties from a cashflow asset they built which is already worth 1.2 million dollars. I started to kind of pursue him a little to see if he would tell me a little more about what he has done and how he was able to make that happen. I was able to earn mentorship from him and he is helping my wife and I put a cashflow asset together for ourselves so i can spend more time at home with my family. I have four kids and one of the things my wife and I really value is being able to spend more time with each other. I wanted to have the time to bring up my family and not have my kids growing up with me always working. Now I am in a position to possibly do the same for a few individuals who are looking to change their mindset and learn how to grow.
