I am a recently graduated university student taking a gap year before medical school.

About You:

I graduated from university in 3 years and am interesting in becoming a physician. I am currently spending my gap year performing research in the Texas Medical Center as I concurrently apply to medical school.

Looking for:

Although it is still too early to decide, I would like to gain exposure to different specialties of medicine. I have shadowed cardiac surgery, primary care, and a little bit of psychiatry. I am interested in expanding my experiences and shadowing doctors outside of these areas.
