I am a newly promoted IT manager, in charge of group BPR and ERP implementation project, reporting directly to Group's President in a SME. I'm relatively inexperienced in people management, change management, managing upwards. With strong technical and consulting background, broad know-how in technology (network, hardwarek, software, platforms, tools, design and analysis, methodology, SDLC, etc.)
