Re-entering IT careerfield and need career development guidance

About You:

I started out as a help desk technician in 2000; however, joined the military and was selected for a different career field. After 9 years separated from the military and have transitioned back into IT. I earned a Master in Info Assurance since I want to pursue a career in IT security; however, the lack of my hands-on experience I am in another technician job trying to gain as much as experience as I can.

Looking for:

I have a good foundation in IP networking, Windows, and Unix OS's; however, I find myself stuck in trying to setup a virtual networking lab at home with unified networking lab. Therefore, I'm looking for a Network Administrator/Engineer level individual to guide my career development and assist in my learning and skill enhancement if possible. I would be grateful if this individual could provide at least an hour a week in assisting me and guiding me as I strive and continue to learn switching/routing, scripting and secure network architecture.
