About You:

I am a very youth spunky senior and have developed within my website a Mentoring Program for our boomers and seniors kids, grandkids, friends and neighbors children who need some mentoring. Children today, need mentoring in this whole new generation. Everyday I see on TV where a child is missing, killed, run-away etc. They need help, and I want to be one of the mentoring programs to help these children. I have one daughter who certainly could have used some mentoring during her era but the word "mentor" was not to be heard around the house. I was not aware of how it work. Had I, she would have been mentored. so, please help mentor me with my newfound business to get it off the ground.

Looking for:

I am seeking a mentor for myself to help me with my new business that has taken off but I need a lot of help with certain things such as advertising, advertising ads and how they work on the site, where do I place them, the sizes, how to get advertisers for the first time since I don't have any, how do I hook them in, where do I go for volunteers to help with the site, re: writing articles, blogs, newsletters. AND of course I need someone to teach me how to choose the right mentor for the right mentee. This is a very sensitive situation when it comes to dealing with children now-aday. I will also seek mentees. I have not net started to advertise that I do this, but it is listed as a benefit on my site. I need to know exactly how to get started the right way. Please help as I want to delve into this wholeheartedly for the year 2015 to save a lot of our kids from harming themselves etc.
