I have been a software engineer for almost 10 years but I am not able to move forward in career

About You:

I am 34 years old, I have engineering degree from Delhi, India and a masters degree in computing science from UCC, Ireland. I am currently working as a senior front-end developer in ireland in a remote role. Remote role is not something that gives me fullfillment so I am getting distracted trying to find other things to cover up for that which is leaving me distracted and frustrated for not making progress.

Looking for:

I am looking for someone who can guide me on how to become really good at what I do and eventually take on much bigger undertaking and lead. I need to find a process that makes me feel worthless for being in IT Career.
