About You:

I am a C-17 crew chief, I have been in for 8 years. I am currently in my second term. I have been an outstanding leader I have recieved multiple awards for good conduct and leadership along with two tours in which I received medals for ( achievement, accommodation) , but as of late the squadron seems as though they have lost faith in my ability to complete the mission. I have never had any dirogitory marks in my PIF, I have just recently failed a single PT Test. And I seems as though everything is starting to move towards them looking at me as a dirt bag and am being treated as such. Ian just looking for someone that can guide me through to separation,
