I enjoy my job but I'm at a plateau and would love some guidance to help me out of my comfort zone

About You:

Industrial Engineering degree, work experience in construction (3 yrs) and micro optics (6 yrs)- talk about opposite ends of the spectrum. I've also managed projects and transfers to production/capacity ramp ups.

Looking for:

I feel so lucky to have a job I enjoy but I also feel stuck. I would love to talk to someone who has been in this position and has meaningful advice on how to push myself and still balance my work/life. I don't want to look back at my career and wish I would have taken more risks!
