Currently pursuing my career in engineering but would like to further myself into my company and grow as individual and leader to positively influence people's lives around me. I am always willing to learn and am constantly looking for ways to improve myself as an individual and a professional.

I am looking for a mentor who is in a management role and that has strong leadership skills who can teach me how to become a better leader in my company and community. I am looking for someone who is down to earth and willing to help me learn and possibly learn from me some new things.
