I am a engineering professional of electronics . worked for three years in two manufacturing firms , the latter firm failed so i m on road . dont how to proceed now.

Looking for:

some one who can guide me to develop decent personality , how to talk confidently and persuasively. what kind of attitude should i possess while dealing with people , bosses etc. and most important how can i restrict and control myself to follow what is right. I have tried too much in my own way. I dont know what is going wrong. I have lot of personality issues which blow out my confidence and i get stuck at nowhere. I need a mentor to whom i am going to follow unhesitatingly. i want a chance to reprogram my humanmachine once again i am ready with a format...........Help Me!!!!!
