Introductory Phrase:

Just moved back to the States after eleven years abroad. Now working as Director of Development for an arts organization and wouldn't mind some guidance.

About You:

I've been a contemporary dancer for most of my career and also run a small non-profit in Ethiopia. I'm used to doing things my way, which up until now has been the grassroots method of, well everything. Now I'm working for a large arts organization and need to reintegrate into the American funding system. Feeling more and more that I need someone to bounce idea's off of/explain to me how certain things work in this country.

Looking for:

Someone with experience in development, preferably in the arts sector.
