Hey I'm Mona, Doctor in Pharmacy and Health Consultant. I believe that implementing good healthy habits now can have a huge impact on our health and help avoid many troubles in the future. Although I studied Pharmacy I believe that preventive healthcare is key to our health. I decided to leave the Pharmaceutical field to be a Health Consultant and help people improve their health implementing the right daily habits.
