About You:
For over a decade I have worked in customer care, and recently I have worked in the non profit sector. In every job I've had, no matter what it entailed, I've always been asked to informally train my colleagues on various processes. It never struck me until recently that this was a pattern, and that maybe I should be getting paid for this skill!
Looking for:
I would like a mentor who works or has worked in corporate training or continuing education in the workplace. I would prefer someone who got into their position via certification and on the job training rather than formal education.
