Hi, I'm Leah! I have been working in HR for ten years now and recently finished my MBA in Strategic HR Management. I'm starting my first formal role as a supervisor and senior HR manager for a growing in-home healthcare company in Madison, Wisconsin.

Looking for:

I'm seeking a mentor with leadership experience managing staff and complex HR issues. Ideally, I would like to meet someone who will be open to chat regularly, provide honest feedback including constructive criticism, and go act as a sounding board if I ever feel stuck.
