About You:

I hold a graduate degree in Economics from Mumbai University, and currently struggling to complete my Masters in Economics and Sociology by correspondence. I have read Psychology as one of my main subjects at Undergrad level. I realize that my real interest had always been towards Psychology and want to pursue a career in Human Resource Management /Development, but its been 3 years since I have graduated and I find that I dont have any relevant work experience to make a start in this career.I dont know where to begin, because taking up a full time course would mean another 2 years...and doing a meagre paying nonsubstantial (growth-wise) job will not lead me where I want to be.So, I am confused!!.I am an analytical, empathetic,friendly,motivating,helpful and intelligent person and my family and close friends would second that for me.

Looking for:

Is a successful working/retired professional/specialist in Human Resources Management/Development, is empathetic, helpful,ambitious and well informed about the field.
