To be a manager and entrepreneur and running a small business in Brazil are no easy tasks. Sometimes, one struggles against bureaucracy and closed-minded people; yet, the entrepreneurial spirit led me to establish strong connections with my customers and employees, in relationships that reward me with both new lessons and knowledge.

About You:

was lucky to be part of a middle class family that raised me in a fun, caring, loving environment, with plenty of books, and which caused me to start reading on my own when I was 4 years old. My parents taught me at an early age the importance of fulfilling and being conscientious of my duties, respecting all different types of people and appreciating their unique talents, like gifts from God. I´ll always be grateful for these teachings that let me believe in people and that developed in me a unique character capable of motivating and inspiring others. One
