Introductory Phrase:
ahhh I'm getting old and I still don't know what I'm doing with my life!
About You:
That's probably a common sentiment. Over the years there has always been a clear course of action that just appeared in front of me. One action flowed to another easily. I fit into every scenario easily then took the next that popped up. Then it all stopped. My jobs have always tended towards the marketing/sales/customer service end... and that makes no sense. I get hired in those positions because I'm bubbly and cute, have no problem talking to people and sales jobs don't care that because I've moved practically every year of my life. But it was the opposite of what I always saw for myself. I grew up building and fixing things. My father was a mechanic and rebuilt houses, my mother was a politician. I hated politics, convoluted speech, and a way everything must appear. I always enjoyed helping my father and figured I'd go into a similar field. But they never took me seriously so I took the jobs that were offered. The opportunities that opened up. But years later through all lifes twists and turns that path has left me wanting. Wanting to do something I actually feel is productive. Wanting to not feel like my only options are to do things I am morally against.
Looking for:
People, mostly just people. Those who have broken into a new field. Those who find their life fulfilling in this area. Those who have something to share.
