About You:

I am a 30ish female director of a VERY small US based training company. Our company was recently acquired by a huge conglomerate and we are adjusting to the forever changing leadership and culture...or lack of. I have enjoyed my time with the company but I am ready for a change. My biggest problem...I don't have a huge network and I live in a rural area with limited amounts of opportunity.

Looking for:

Would love to have someone I could chat with about career questions that I have, including issues I have with my current boss or having a better understanding of what is expected out of business units and how we fit into the larger organization. I also would love the opportunity to build a relationship with someone that will help me figure out what my next step(s) should be.
