About You:

I'm a 33yo mother with a MA in Organizational Development and Leadership, a coaching certificate, and passion for spirituality, nature and personal growth. I've supported strategic development for mission-driven organizations (mostly owner-run and non-profits) for over 10 years-- including most recently being an Executive Director of a non-profit where I doubled the annual operating budget. I've consistently worked really hard for very little money though, and I'm getting weary of this pattern. I want to work in more of a team environment, where someone else is responsible for the market and sales so that I can do the work that I'm best at-- in a context of mentorship and growth potential (professionally and financially).

Looking for:
