About You:

For as long as I can remember I've been curious about life and relationships we have with the people & environment that surround us. I have a seemingly unquenchable thirst for knowledge and new experiences and enjoy opportunities to grow and take on challenges. In terms of my career, I got my start in the areas of finance, IT and web development. As I grew personally and professionally, I have expanded into the areas of marketing, operations, sales, and strategic planning & implementation. While I have made great strides to get where I am today, I know that to become the great leader I aspire to be I have a lot more work ahead of me and that great mentor is invaluable.

Looking for:

In a mentor, I'm looking to build and develop a meaningful relationship where we are both able to grow and learn. I'm looking for someone who is a successful leader that wants to share their experiences (both wins and losses) and the lessons learned along the way. I have a deep appreciation for perspectives that differ from my own -- I know what I know, and I know there's a lot I don't know -- so am also looking for a mentor who can bring experience, perspective, and feedback to the opportunities and challenges in the road ahead.
