I'm a newly promoted Director of Operations for a smaller company

About You:

I started with my current company 4 years ago as a regular employee. I was promoted to supervisor after about a year and a half from starting, then recently promoted in December of 2015 to Director of Operations. I love what I do, however, I feel very ill-equipped to be as successful as I'd like to be in the position. I understand many of the functions (I think) but I seem to be struggling to bring it all together and feel confident in my decisions and how to support my leadership team that reports to me.

Looking for:

I'm in seek of someone who's been in the Management/Directorship role and has seen success within that role. A person that is strong in their ability to coach & train and hold their team(s) accountable while maintaining a great atmosphere of teamwork within the groups. I am also in seek of someone who is comfortable with Lean Manufacturing (Concepts such as Standard Work, 6S) & EOS (Concepts such as L10 Meetings, RPRS, Scorecards).
