About You:

I am currently a general manager for a major apparel brand and have 8 years of progressive experience in retail management, including flagships and new market openings. In addition to managing my individual store, I've done stretch assignments that include talent recruiting, onboarding and development, NSO project management and multi-unit learning sprints.

Looking for:

I am looking to get out of managing an individual retail unit as I feel like my abilities aren't being fully leveraged in my current role and am frustrated by the nature of shift work. I'm looking for advice to either help me transition to multi-unit management or another career path all together. I'm considering getting a post-grad certificate in either Data Analytics or Digital Marketing and would also love insight on either of those fields.
