About You:

I love being a technology trainer, it is my true passion. In addition, I now manage a team of technology trainers and find myself in need of a Mentor that can help me improve as a leader. I like to lead by example and am self-motivated. I've spent a lot of time creating my own work and never feel like a job is done. I am always challenging myself by doing and learning new things. I need help learning new ways to communicate to my team and identifying their weaknesses so I can find opportunities to build them up.
