About You:

I am a 36 year old school Director and I run a school of about 900 kids . I also have under me about 60 employees. I am responsible for managing the school and its administration.I don't have a specific role since I manage everything . The institution is not as organised as a corporate company therefore I have multiple responsibilities .

I am looking for mentors to help me in setting up and system and from whom I can learn organizing skills.
