I am currently a Property Manager and Life Coach. Areas I specialize in are personal growth, mind/body connection to health-healing; life change, mindset and change, building self-esteem, co dependency, over coming fears and resistance.

And What does that look life for me? Sometimes we need someone to help us find the resistance in our thought patterns which keep us stuck, keep us chronically depressed or ill, or without the loving relationships we desire.
