About You:

I'm a 40 y/o single mom two kids. I've always felt like I was missing out on something. And when I get a good look around I am missing out. I want to find out how to be part of something. I'm very socially awkward and, as I've aged, I've begun avoiding anything social because I've realized that I just come away from social events feeling more awkward and foreign than before. Even at work with people I can "shoot the breeze" with, I avoid at lunch and avoid social get togethers because of how awkward I come across. I want to make friends and keep them, etc.
