About You:

I currently work in medical education as a manager of an administrative department serving our students. This job has been important to be because it has allowed me to learn and grow professionally. It has also given me experiences and opportunities that I would not have found elsewhere, at least not this early in my career. I am also looking to start my own business blog focused on developing young professionals and new leaders. I am to give them a better experience and help than I had transitioning into leadership.

Looking for:

I do some basic coaching and mentoring with staff in my office but I feel like I am hitting my plateau and want to improve in that area. I am also struggling with where I want to go next with my professional career while I try and start my business blog. I could also use assistance with learning to manage up better, having more effective conversations with the senior leadership in my organization and developing a system for better time management and productivity. For the blog, I am trying to find more ways to fit it into my schedule without sacrificing sleep and personal health. I would also like to learn more about keyword research, using advertising to generate revenue and creating a plan to hopefully work on it full-time some day.
