My name is Julian Avalos, 30 years old and along with my wife Lina we own a Coffee Shop and Creperie in Union City, New Jersey ( Two Crepes) We started the business as a crepes catering company four years ago and with the success of it we were able to build our own location in Union City with no debt, we have been successfully profitable ever since and were so close to open another location in Jersey City right before the Pandemic. We now feel a little bit stuck as economy in our industry is entering uncertainty and we are questioning our selves if this is the right path to take in the future. Julian Avalos

We are looking for someone who can direct us to the right path on this difficult times, help us improve our state of mind and set optimistic and realistic support with real experience in the food industry. We need to wake up as we slow down our growth with the born of our baby who is now turning 1 year old and the cornovirus just like the rest of the world is bringing doubts to ourselves and making us lazy.
